Ice Cream Substitute?

No really, it's that good! With the new year, of course, comes new goals...to get into shape and eat healthier, right? That means I'm "choosing" not to eat my normal half gallon of ice cream each night. So my seester, Sara, created a wonderful dessert concoction. It's super simple and simply delightful! Just throw the following ingredients into a bowl and viola!
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Frozen and/or Fresh Blueberries (or any berry really)
  • Roasted Almonds
  • Mini Chocolate Chips

I am so sorry to have brought you down liz. Look at you and your healthy yogurt! Well I promise, next time I'll be more supportive and we'll snack on carrots and such. Oh, and the bumbles of course. By the way-thanks so much for letting us stay with you! I had so much fun and always love seeing you.
