Well here is what I harvested yesterday:
This is the first time that the carrots I've thinned have been big enough to eat.
Granted this isn't all we've gotten from the garden, just yesterday. But it has been a pretty meager harvest. The garden has had a rough go this first year between planting late, figuring out soil, figuring out seasons, surprise frosts, and animals. I've learned a lot though. The herb garden continues to do great (cilantro, dill, sage, oregano, lavender) along with potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, and radishes. We'll continue to enjoy a few things until it gets too hot around these parts (which is coming way too soon in my opinion!)
